Since 1999 Josh has grown ECO, Inc. into an internationally trusted and respected emissions certification consultancy.
Mark Celio
Director of Operations
Mark Celio has several years of experience managing a wide array of programs. Eighteen years of law enforcement and project management uniquely qualify him to oversee seven different programs at ECO.
Since joining ECO in 2011 Mark’s responsibilities have included; Evaporative programs, Heavy Duty GHG Certification, Exemptions, TPEM Administration, and OEM services.
Brian Chisholm
Senior Program Manager
Brian has over 25 years of experience in engineering, product development, project management and business development. Since joining ECO in 2015 his responsibilities include the management of the hybrid and zero-emission vehicle conversion certification programs at ECO.
Brian has also managed certification programs for off-road and marine diesel clients along with both light and heavy-duty on-road categories over the past six years and has become a leading expert in the field of alternative-fuel conversions.
Davin Weaver
NRSI Program Manager
Davin has fourteen years of experience specializing in support and
data-driven software solutions, previously working with both electrical
distribution compliance, and oil & gas drilling compliance and
reporting prior to joining the ECO team.
Since joining ECO in 2017, he
has developed work instructions and created automated workflow
processes, and performs certification and project management for ECO’s
spark ignited engine programs including Large SI, Small SI, & Marine
SI.
